Famiglia Adesiva specializes in producing personalized stickers depicting your family members. Due to increasing order volumes, I was contracted to develop software capable of automatically generating print-ready PDF files from their Magento eCommerce platform orders.
My Contributions
Design and Development of the "Visual Editor"
I developed software using web technologies (HTML/JavaScript/PHP) integrated with Magento, capable of generating vector PDFs ready for printing and cutting in typography, featuring characters and names chosen by customers during purchase. Additionally, CSV files related to the formatted orders are produced, including the shipping information necessary for envelope printing. This software replaced the manual layout process previously done through Illustrator, providing significant time savings in order fulfillment and reducing the possibility of human error in the layout process.
Consultancy
I support the internal IT staff in routine and extraordinary maintenance operations. We are also enhancing the production process by developing a dedicated area for typography to enable real-time management and tracking of the entire production process, from order, layout, printing, shipping, to delivery to the customer.
